What we offer Technical supervision and knowledge transfer. We act as an expert consultant for your construction team.
Knowledge Transfer: We teach your installers how to handle glass-glass modules and connect electrical components.
Documentation: Comprehensive "For Construction" drawings and step-by-step installation manuals.
Supervision: Scheduled site visits to audit the quality of work during critical phases.
Commissioning Support: Assisting in the final system startup and performance verification.
What’s included A complete support package for the execution phase.
Detailed Installation Manual (PDF & Video guides if available).
electrical wiring schematics (String layout).
On-site training day for the installation crew.
Remote technical hotline for the site manager.
Final "As-Built" documentation review.
Our approach We work with your contractors, not against them.
Pre-empting Errors: We spot potential clashes (e.g., cable routing issues) before they happen.
Safety First: We emphasize safe handling of high-voltage DC components and heavy glass.
Verification: We require photographic evidence of critical mounting points to validate warranties.
Why choose our service General contractors are experts in building, but not always in photovoltaics. We fill that niche.
Risk Mitigation: Avoiding costly mistakes like reverse polarity or micro-cracks in panels.
Warranty Protection: Ensuring the installation adheres to manufacturer guidelines keeps your product warranty valid.
Speed: Questions are answered immediately, preventing construction delays.
After the build Once the system is live, we don't disappear.
We provide Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
We can set up monitoring software to track energy yields remotely.
FAQ Section
Do you provide the installation crew? No. We are a technology and engineering company. We work with your chosen General Contractor or Facade Installer to empower them to do the job right.
What if my contractor has never done BIPV before? That is exactly why we are here. Our training is designed to upskill standard facade teams to work with BIPV systems confidently.
Do you connect the system to the grid? We provide the DC side (panels to inverter). The final AC connection to the grid is performed by your local certified electrician based on our schematics.
How do we maintain the facade? BIPV facades are low maintenance. Rain usually cleans them. We provide a maintenance schedule (e.g., annual visual inspections) included in the handover pack.
