Do you manufacture the panels yourselves? We partner with a curated network of Global manufacturers (including Asia). This allows us to choose the best technology for your specific project (glass-glass, thin-film, etc.) rather than being limited to one factory's capabilities.
What happens if a panel arrives broken? Our shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of damage, we handle the claim and trigger an immediate priority replacement order.
Do you supply the mounting structure too? Yes. A BIPV facade is a system. We supply the panels AND the specific substructure required to mount them safely and aesthetically.
What is the lead time for delivery? Lead time for delivery – approximately 8-12 weeks for production and shipment. Depending on project size and complexity.
